R D E R:
     In the G.O. read above, the Telangana Rice (Custom Milling) Order, 2015
has been issued.

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Civil Supplies,
Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful
consideration of the matter, hereby issues the following amendment to the G.O.
Ms.No.18, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.I-CCS) Department,
dated 30.10.2015.

                 AMENDMENT

1. In the said order, under Definitions, at 2 (o), after the words “Specification means the specifications prescribed for paddy and rice” the following shall be added.
      “by the Government of India from time to time”.
2. In the said order, after clause 3, the following provision shall be
incorporated.

Provided the paddy delivered by the Corporation shall be as per the miller
wise allocation made by the District Collector and the details of all such deliveries shall be reported to the District Collector from time to time.

3 (A) every miller to whom the paddy is delivered by the State
Corporation shall not hypothecate such paddy to the bankers or shall not
misuse/dispose of the paddy or the rice derived from such paddy. The miller can
hypothecate only the paddy if any purchased by him on his own for his business
and in case any such purchase of paddy is made by him it shall not be at less
than the Minimum Support Price as defined at 2(h) above.

4. In the said order, after clause 7, the following provision shall be
incorporated.

7 (A) Any miller fails to comply with the above direction to deliver custom
milled rice proportionate to the paddy milled by him and not able to make any
further deliveries for any reason, the balance paddy pertaining to the
Government shall be liable to be transferred from the defaulting miller to any
other miller or shall be liable to be recovered under R.R. Act to the extent of
value of the balance paddy under Government Account.
