the following:

Representation from the AP LPG (Cooking Gas) Dealer’s Association, dated
30-7-2011.
2. From
the CCS Lr.No.E1/4010/2011, dated 19-10-2011.

In the
reference 1st read above, the AP LPG (Cooking Gas) Dealers’ Association has
requested the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, AP Hyderabad to enhance the transport
rates due to huge hike in fuel cost, among other issues.
2. In
the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Civil Supplies has requested
the Government to constitute a Committee for examination and consideration of
the request of the AP LPG (Cooking Gas) Dealers’ Association for enhancement of
transportation charges for supply of LPG refills to the consumers beyond the
free delivery zone.
3. The
matter has been examined by the Government and it has been decided to constitute
a Committee to examine the request of the AP LPG (Cooking Gas) Dealers’ Association
for enhancement of transportation charges for supply of LPG refills to the consumers
beyond the free delivery zone.
4. The
Government hereby constitute a Committee with the following members to examine
the request of the AP LPG (Cooking Gas) Dealers’ Association for enhancement of
transportation charges for supply of LPG refills to the consumers beyond
the free delivery zone

2 Deputy Director (PP) Convenor/Member
3 State Level
Co-ordinator of

5. The Committee shall submit its
recommendations to Government within 60 days from the
date of issue of this order.
