ORDER:

The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India have issued  Order vide  reference 7th read above, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 76 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act, 2014 (6 of 2014) read with rule 5 of the Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, allocated  the members of Indian Police Service, borne on the Andhra Pradesh cadre immediately before the appointed  day to the ‘Andhra Pradesh Cadre of Indian Police Service’ and ‘Telangana Cadre of Indian Police Service’.

2. In the reference 8th read above, the Government have republished the order of the Government of India in Extraordinary issue of A.P. Gazette.

3. Accordingly,  Dr. Ish Kumar, IPS (RR: 1985) and Sri Rajesh Kumar, IPS (RR: 2002)  who were allocated to Telangana Cadre of Indian Police Service are hereby relieved from the Andhra Pradesh Cadre of Indian Police Service and they are requested to report before the Chief Secretary to Government, State of Telangana.

4. The Director General of Police(HoPF), A.P. is requested to relieve the above  Officers from the posts held by them  duly making necessary in-charge arrangements to the posts.

5. The Pay and Accounts Officer, A.P. shall take necessary further action in the matter.
