ORDER:-
The following Notification will be published in the Extraordinary
Issue of the Telangana Gazette Dated :25.04.2015.

                        NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( c) sub-section (4)
read with sub- section (3) of section 3 (c) of the Telangana (Agricultural
Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) and in partial
modification of the notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 2095, Food &
Agriculture (Agri. IV) Department, Dated.29th October, 1968 and published
in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.44, dated 7th November, 1968 – Part-II,
miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039, the Government of
Telangana hereby declare to constitute a separate notified area of
Agriculture Market Committee, Kotagiri as shown in Annexure –II duly
bifurcation from the notified area of Agriculture Market Committee, Varni
comprising the Mandals as specified in Annexure-I. After bifurcation, the
remaining Mandal in the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee,
Varni will be shown in Annexure-III for the proposed of the said Act, for
regulating purchase and sale in respect of Agricultural Produce,
Livestock and Products of Livestock specified in Schedule-II of the
Notification and other commodities added to the said list from time to time
referred to above read with G.O.Ms. No. 286 Agriculture & Cooperation
Department:, Dated: 05.07.1994. The intention to make such declaration
having been previously published in Part - I, Extraordinary Issue of the
Telangana Gazette No.25 Dated: 31.01.2015 vide G.O.Ms.No.06,
Agriculture and Cooperation (MKT.1) Department, Dated: 27.01.2015 as
required in sub-section (1) of Section-3 of the said Act.
