ORDER:-
                     Whereas, it is now considered necessary to declare the
intention of exclusion of certain villages under Agricultural Market
Committee, Gangadhara for constitution of separate Agricultural
Market Committee, Gopalraopet under clause (a) of sub-section
(5) of section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Live
Stock) Markets Act, 1966 ( Act 16 of 1966).

2. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in the
Extraordinary Issue of the Telangana State Gazzette, Dt.25.04 2015.

               PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of subsection
(4) read with sub-sections(1) and (2) of section 3 of the
Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (
Act 16 of 1966) and in partial modification of the notification issued
in G.O.Ms No. 2095 F&A (Agri.IV) Department, Dated: 29.10.1968
and published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7th November, 1968-
Part-II miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039,
Government of Telangana hereby declares its intention to bifurcate
the area comprising the 2 mandals i.e., 1.Gangadhara and
2.Ramadugu as specified in Annexure-I of the notified area of
Agricultural Market committee, Gangandhara and constitute and to
declare it to be separate Agricultural Market committee, Gopalraopet
as specified in Annexure-II and remaining area of the Agricultural
Market committee, Gangadhara after exclusion of Ramadugu Mandal
as specified in Annexure-III for the purpose of regulating the
purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce and Live stock and
products of livestock specified in Schedule-II and other commodities
added to the said list from time to time of the aforesaid notification
read with G.O.Ms.No.286, Agriculture and Cooperation Department,
Dated: 05.07.1994,.

3. Notice is hereby given that the matter will be taken into
consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of
publication of this notification in the Telangana Gazette and that
objections or suggestions if any, received before the expiry of the
said period will be taken into consideration by the Government
of Telangana, Hyderabad

4. Objections and Suggestions if any should be addressed to the
APC & Secretary to Government, Agricultural and Cooperation
(Mktg.I) Department, Telangana Secretariat Hyderabad through the
Director of Agricultural Marketing, Telangana, Hyderabad, in
duplicate.
