ORDER :-
Whereas, it is now considered necessary to declare the intention of
exclusion of certain villages under Agricultural Market Committee
Madnoor, for constitution of a separate Agricultural Market Committee,
Bichkunda under clause (a) of sub-section (5) of section 4 of the
Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act
16 of 1966.)
2. Accordingly the following notification will be published in the
Extraordinary Issue of the Telangana State Gazette dated:15.04.2015.
PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (4)
read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Telangana
(Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966)
and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 2095,
F&A (Agri.IV) Department, Dated.29.10.1968 and published in the A.P.
Gazette, dated 7th November, 1968 – Part-II Miscellaneous Notification at
pages 1035 to 1039, Government hereby declare its intention to bifurcate
the area comprising the 3 Mandals i.e. 1.Madnoor, 2.Bichkunda and
3.Jukkal as specified in Annexure-I of the notified area of Agricultural
Market Committee, Madnoor, and to constitute and to declare it to be
separate Agricultural Market Committee, Bichkunda as specified in
Annexure-II and remaining area of Agricultural Market Committee,
Madnoor, after exclusion of Bichkunda as specified in Annexure-III for the
purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce and
Livestock and products of livestock specified in Schedule-II and other
commodities added to the said list from time to time of the aforesaid
notification read with G.O.Ms.No. 286, Agriculture and Cooperation
Department dated 05.07.1994.
3. Notice is hereby given that the matter will be taken into
consideration after expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Telangana Gazette and that objections or suggestions, if
any, received before the expiry of the said period will be taken into
consideration by the Government.
4. Objections and Suggestions if any should be addressed to the APC
& Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation
(MKT.I) Department, Telangana, Secretariat, Hyderabad through the
Director of Agricultural Marketing, Government of Telangana Hyderabad
in duplicate.

in Annexure-II and remaining area as Agricultural Market Committee,
Hyderabad, after exclusion of Gudimalkapur Mandal as specified in
Annexure-III for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of
Agricultural Produce and Livestock and products of livestock specified in
Schedule-II and other commodities added to the said list from time to
time of the aforesaid notification read with G.O.Ms.No. 286, Agriculture
and Cooperation Department, dated 05.07.1994.
