In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 read with sub section (1) of Section 12 of Andhra Pradesh Universities Act,1991 [Act 4 of 1991] and as amended subsequently, I, E.S.L. Narasimhan, Chancellor of Rayalaseema University, Kurnool hereby appoint Professor Y. Narasimhulu, Director, Academic Staff College, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad as Vice Chancellor of  Rayalaseema University, Kurnool for a term of three years from the date of his appointment.
