O R D E R:
In the reference read above, the Chairman, State Board of Technical Education and
Training and Commissioner of Collegiate Education & Technical Education, AP, Hyderabad, has
stated that in view of the resolution made in the meeting held on 20.3.2015 between the Chief
Secretaries of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana States and the Addl. Secretary of MHRD, GOI, has
agreed to conduct the POLYCET-2015 examination separately to the States of Andhra Pradesh
and Telangana and to maintain the Presidential orders i.e. ratio of 42:36:22 in AU, OU, SVU
regions for the courses offered in the State wide institutions and also stated that to avoid further
delay which causes inconvenience to the candidates who intend to appear for POLYCET, it is
proposed the following details to initiate various activities related to POLYCET-2015:-
2. After careful examination of the proposal of the Chairman, State Board of Tech. Education
and Training and Commissioner of Collegiate Education & Tech.Education, AP, Hyd, ,
Government is hereby permit the Chairman, State Board of Tech.Education and Training and
Commissioner of Collegiate Education & Tech.Education, AP, Hyd, to conduct the POLYCET-
2015 separately to Andhra Pradesh State on 29.05.2015 from 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM across the
State and to issue notification as per the following schedule:-
3. The Chairman, State Board of Technical Education and Training and Commissioner of
Technical and Collegiate Education, AP, Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action
accordingly.
