ORDER:
The
Government have notified Land Pooling Scheme for the Capital City area vide
reference 2nd read above. Land Pooling work is at crucial stage and
it requires attention from revenue officers at village level.
2. The Government have decided
that
the Joint Collector, Guntur
Dr
Ch.Sridhar may also be entrusted with
the work of carrying out the Land Pooling till the completion of the
development agreements with the land owners.
This component of Land Pooling work likely to be completed in next 30
days.
3. Accordingly the following notification
shall be published in the AP Extraordinary Gazette dated:22.04.2015.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred
under Sections 17(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority
(APCRDA) Act, 2014 the Government hereby appoint Dr.Ch. Sridhar, Joint
Collector, Guntur as competent authority for the purpose of Land Pooling work
under section 55, 56&57 of APCRDA Act, 2014 for a period of 30 days. He
shall exercise these powers concurrently with other competent authorities.
