ORDER:

In the reference first read above, the Commissioner of Fisheries, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad
has furnished proposals for sanction of funds under Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF)
during the year 2014-15. Accordingly, the proposals has been furnished to the Finance (Works &
Projects ) Department for onward transmission to the NABARD for sanction of funds under RIDF during the year 2014-15 vide reference 2nd read above.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Finance (PF & NABARD) Department has informed that the
NABARD have sanctioned a loan amount of Rs.6110.38 lakhs (Rupees Sixty One Crores Ten Lakhs
Thirty Eighty Thousand only) for 47 projects under RIDFF-XX (2014-15). While sanctioning the loan,
NABARD have advised to obtain administrative approval for the projects within one month and also
informed that if the administrative approval is not received within one month, the sanction will lapse and the State Government may have to submit the project as fresh proposal along with administrative
approval.
3. Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Commissioner of Fisheries, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad and in pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 3rd read above, hereby
accord administrative sanction to 47 Projects with an outlay of an amount of Rs.6729.46 lakhs (Rupees
Sixty Seven Crores Twenty Nine Lakhs and Forty Six Thousand only) of which Rs.19.71 lakhs is the
cost of ineligible items (i.e. Rs.10.00 lakhs in respect of Project No.5 and Rs.9.71 lakhs in respect of
Project No.6 of the table given below, (with NABARD RIDF loan of Rs.6110.38 lakhs and State
Government share of Rs. 599.37 lakhs) for construction/ modernisation /up-gradation / strengthening of Fisheries Projects in the State of Andhra Pradesh under NABARD-RIDF-XX , as detailed below.

4. The Commissioner of Fisheries, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action
accordingly, as per the terms and conditions of NABARD and also by following the due procedure.
