treatment of Sri Botcha Satyanarayana, the then Minister for Transport, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad at Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad from 03-12-2013 to 08-12-2013 - Sanction– Accorded.

O R D E R:
          In the letter 4th read above, the Billing Manager, Care Hospital, Banjara Hills,
Hyderabad, while furnishing the medical bills in respect of Sri Botcha Satyanarayana, the then Minister for Transport, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested to pay an amount of Rs.52,511/-for the treatment obtained by the then Minister for “HPTN, DM” from 03.12.2013 to 08.12.2013 at Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

2. In the letter 5th read above, the Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad to whom the bills were sent for scrutiny, has stated that after scrutiny of the bills an amount of Rs.52,511/- (Rupees Fifty two thousand five hundred and eleven only) is found admissible against the claim.

3. Sanction is, therefore, accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.52,511/- (Rupees
Fifty two thousand five hundred and eleven only) to Sri Botcha Satyanarayana, the then Minister for Transport, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad incurred towards the treatment of “HPTN, DM” from 03.12.2013 to 08.12.2013 at Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

4. The expenditure sanctioned in para three above shall be debited to “M.H.2013 – Council of Ministers – 101 – Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – (04) – Salary of Ministers and Deputy Ministers – 010 – Salaries – 017 – Medical Reimbursement / Advances”.

5. The TR&B (Claims) Department is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 3 above and disburse the same to the Director, Care Hospitals, Hyderabad by way of Cheque.

6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
