The following Notification will be published in an extraordinary issue of  the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 24-04-2015:-

                                   NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act No.8 of 2015), the Government hereby appoints the 24th day of April, 2015, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
