O R D E R:

               The Telangana Private Medical & Dental Colleges Managements Association has
requested the Government for revision of tuition fee for MBBS / BDS Courses citing the
actual costs involved in imparting quality education and escalations in costs due to
implementation of sixth pay commission scales / increase in the University related fees and
assessment of such costs in Deemed to be Universities.

           In pursuance of the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 12/08/2005
in Appeal (civil) No. 5041 of 2005 filed by P.A. Inamdar Vs. State of Maharashtra (AIR 2005
SC 3226), and also discussions held with the Private Unaided Minority Medical / Dental
Colleges in the State for the Under Graduate Courses i.e., MBBS & BDS, a consensual
arrangement has been arrived, among others, in fixing the fee structure for the Competent
authority seats, Management seats and NRI Quota seats in Unaided Minority Medical /
Dental Colleges in the State. Accordingly orders have been issued in the G.O 12th read
above.

       Sri Sri Akbaruddin Owaisi, MLA, Floor Leader, AIMIM has raised certain issues on the
fee structure and requested to issue certain amendments.

            The Government after careful examination of the matter and in supersession of the
orders issued in the GO 12th read above , hereby order that the fee structure and certain
directions connected thereto as indicated in the annexure to this order shall be implemented
by all the Private Un-aided Minority Medical / Dental Colleges. These orders are applicable
to the Private Un-aided Minority Medical / Dental Professional Institutions in the State, and
shall come into force with immediate effect.

The Principals of all Private Unaided Minority Medical / Dental Colleges shall take
necessary action in the matter accordingly

Particulars of the tuition fee structure in respect of Under Graduate Medical / Dental courses
in Private Unaided Minority Colleges for the academic year 2015-16 and certain directions
thereto.

MEDICAL


Notes:- 1. Tuition fee is payable annually for five academic years.
2. The students who were admitted into the course prior to 2015 shall
continue to pay every year same annual fee at the rate existing at the
time of their admission till they complete their course.
3. The student shall pay the same tuition fee for the entire course period,
as paid at the time of admission.
4. The Institution shall collect the tuition fee every year in advance only
for that particular year.
5. The managements of the institutions may seek Bank Guarantee for
tuition fee chargeable for the entire course.

DENTAL


Notes:- 1. Tuition fee is payable annually for four academic years.
2. The students who were admitted into the course prior to 2015 shall
continue to pay every year same annual fee at the rate existing at
the time of their admission till they complete their course.
3. The student shall pay the same tuition fee for the entire course
period, as paid at the time of admission.
4. The Institution shall collect the tuition fee every year in advance only
for that particular year.
5. The managements of the institutions may seek Bank Guarantee for
tuition fee chargeable for the entire course.
