ORDER:-
                        In the reference first read above, orders were issued for
constituting the Road Safety Council at State Level under the
Chairmanship of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, with Hon’ble Minister for
Transport Department as Vice Chairman and other members.

2. In the reference third read above, the Transport Commissioner,
Telangana State, Hyderabad has stated that based on the observations of
Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety, the State Road Safety Council
meeting was held on 27.6.2015, and in the meeting it was decided to
constitute a Committee headed by Principal Secretary, Transport
Department and all the concerned line departments as Lead Agency for
better co-ordination between the line departments.

3. Government, after careful consideration of the matter hereby
constitute a Lead Agency for better co-ordination of all the activities
relating to Road Safety in the State with all the line departments with the
following members:-
