      4. Home (Budget t) Department, U.O.No.7552/Budget/A1/2015, dt.16-5-2015

      6.        These orders shall come into force with effect from 01.05.2015.

      7.        Necessary amendments to the Manual of Special Pays and Allowance                            wherever necessary will be issued in due course.
