ORDER:-
The following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 14-07-2015.
PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (c) of sub-section (4) read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food & Agriculture (Agri.IV) Department, dated 29th October, 1968 and Published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated 7th November, 1968–Part-II, miscellaneous notification at page 1035 to 1039, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares its intention to Constitute a separate notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Vemuru the area comprising the Villages and mandals as “specified in Annexure-II” from the notified areas of Agricultural Market Committees, as shown in Annexure-I and remaining area of Agricultural Market Committees, Tenali, Eamani (Hq) Duggirala, Repalle and Kuchinipuri after exclusion of villages and mandals as specified in Annexure-III, for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified in Schedule-II and other commodities added to the said list of the aforesaid notification from time to time read with G.O.Ms.No.286, dated 05.07.1994 of Agriculture and Cooperation Department.
2. Notice is hereby given that the matter will be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that objections or suggestions if any, received before the expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
3. Objections and suggestions should be addressed to the Secretary to Government, Agricultural and Cooperation [MKTG.I] Department, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad through the Commissioner and Director of Agril. Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in duplicate.
