Some East and West Godavari teachers deputed to Telangana and 437 v.volunteers to appoint

ABSTRACT

School Education - Ratification of action of the District Educational Officer, East Godavari and West Godavari having deployed the teachers on deputation to the Schools in the 7 merged Mandals from Agency temporarily for smooth functioning of schools - And also permission to appoint the qualified / eligible candidates as Academic Instructors in schools of merged Mandals of West Godavari District and East Godavari District, where Teachers were relieved to join in Telangana till alternate arrangements are made – Orders Issued.

ORDER :

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby ratify the actions of the District Educational Officer, East Godavari and West Godavari in having deployed the teachers on deputation to the schools in the 7 merged Mandals from Agency temporarily for smooth functioning of schools.

2. Government also accord permission to the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Hyderabad to appoint 177 and 260 qualified / eligible candidates as Academic Instructors in schools of merged Mandals of West Godavari and East Godavari Districts respectively, where teachers were relieved to join in Telangana State till alternate arrangements are made, subject to meeting expenditure by re-appropriation.

3. The Commissioner of School Education, AP Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (HR.I) Department vide their U.O.Note.No.11133/97/A2/HR.I/2015, Dt: 30.07.2015
