ORDER:-

In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued transferring and posting

of Sri R. Bhaskaran, IPS(2012) and Sri S.M. Vijay Kumar, IPS(2012) Assault

Commanders, Grey Hounds as Asst. Superintendent of Police, Bhadrachalam,

Khammam district and Mancherial, Adilabad districts respectively. In the reference

2nd read above, orders were issued posting Ms Chandana Deepthi, IPS(2012) as ASP,

Tandur, RR district. In the reference 3rd and 4th read above, the PAO, Telangana and

the DGP, Telangana have informed that as per the procedure in vogue, on

completion of phase II training at SVP NPA, Hyderabad the 2012 batch IPS officers

have to be posted as Assault Commanders, Grey Hounds, whereas in the present

case, the three IPS Officers Sri S.M. Vijay Kumar and Sri R. Bhaskaran and Ms G.

Chandana Deepthi, IPS of 2012 batch posting orders as Assault Commanders in Grey

Hounds have not been received and for non receipt of the said orders, they are

unable to regulate the duty/leave pay and allowances of the officers along with the

present posting also. And therefore requested to communicate the same so as to

regulate duty/leave pay and allowances in the posts of Assualt Commanders in Grey

Hounds immediately.

2. The Director General of Police, has therefore requested the Govt., to issue

necessary orders to regularize the duty periods as mentioned above, so that the

salaries claimed in the units as mentioned above are regularized and salaries can be

claimed in the units where they are presently working in future.

3. Government after careful consideration of the proposal of the DGP in the

reference 4th read above, hereby regularize the duty periods as under:-

In the reference 1st read above, Government of India, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, transferred Shri Girisha P S, IAS (AM:12) from Assam –Meghalaya Cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on the basis of PH (Physically Handicapped) Policy Dated:14.02.2014. The said Inter-cadre Transfer of Shri Girisha P.S, IAS (AM:12) has been re-notified in the reference 2nd read above. On his relief from the Cadre of Assam Meghalaya vide reference 3rd read above, Shri Girisha P S, IAS (2012), reported to Andhra Pradesh Cadre on 08.07.2015 F.N., in the reference 4th read above.

2. Consequent upon his reporting to duty in Andhra Pradesh Cadre, Sri Girisha P S, IAS (2012) is admitted to duty w.e.f. the forenoon of 08.07.2015.
