O R D E R:

The following transfers and postings are notified with immediate effect:

1. Sri R.Karikal Valaven, IAS (1989), Principal Secretary to
Government, Housing Department, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government (Youth Advancement, Sports & Culture), in the Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department. Consequent on posting of Sri R.Karikal Valaven, IAS (1989) as Principal Secretary to Government (Youth Advancement, Sports & Culture), in the Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department, Sri Neerabh Kumar Prasad, IAS (1987) shall be the Principal Secretary to Government (Tourism), in the Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department and Managing Director, A.P.Tourism Development Corporation Limited.

2. Sri Lav Agarwal, IAS (1996), Commissioner, Health & Family Welfare, is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Housing Department, vice Sri R.Karikal Valaven, IAS (1989) transferred. 

The Member of Service shall hold Full Additional Charge of the posts of (i) Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Housing Board & Housing Commissioner, A.P. Housing Board; (ii) Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation and Commissioner, WSHP;
and, (iii) MD, AP Rajiv Swagruha Limited.

3. Smt. Poonam Malakondaiah, IAS (1988), Principal Secretary to Government (Primary Health), Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, is placed in Full Additional Charge of the posts of (i) Commissioner, Health & Family Welfare; (ii) Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) and (iii) Project Director, A.P. Aids Control Society, Hyderabad, until further orders.

4. Dr. D. Srinivasulu, IAS (1987), Principal Secretary to Government (RSAD & RIAD), R.S.A.D. Department is placed in full additional charge of the post of Commissioner, Civil Supplies and Ex-Officio Secretary to Government, CAF & CS Department.
The Member of Service shall also hold Full Additional Charge of the post of Controller, Legal Metrology, until further orders.

1. Sri D. Gautam Sawang, IPS(RR:86), Addl. DGP, APSP Bns, AP is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada City vice Sri A.B. Venkateswara Rao, IPS(RR:89), transferred.

2. On transfer, Sri A.B. Venkateswara Rao, IPS(RR:89), is posted as Addl. DGP, Intelligence, AP, Hyderabad vice Smt A.R. Anuradha, IPS(RR:87), transferred.

3. On transfer, Smt A.R.Anuradha, IPS(RR:87) is posted as DG, Vigilance & Enforcement & Ex-Officio Principal Secretary to Govt, General Administration(V&E) Department, A.P. relieving Sri R.P. Thakur, IPS(RR:86) from full additional charge.
