         In the circumstances reported by the Member Secretary,
A.P.Pollution Control Board, Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government hereby nominate the following as Board Members in the Water Cess Appellate Committee Board.

a) Principal Secretary / Secretary, MA & UD Department

b) Commissioner / Director, Industries Department

2. The Member Secretary, A.P.Pollution Control Board, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
