S.O. 2590(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 29B of the Forward Contracts
(Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), the Central Government hereby notifies that the employees mentioned below,
holding the office in the Forward Markets Commission shall, with effect from the 29th day of September, 2015, hold
their respective offices in the Securities and Exchange Board of India, established under section 3 of the Securities and
Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), subject to the provisions of paragraph 2, by the same tenure, upon
the same terms and conditions of service, as they would have held under the Forward Markets Commission, had it not
been transferred and vested with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, namely:—

2. The tenure of above officers in the Securities and Exchange Board of India shall be coterminous with their tenure in the Forward Markets Commission, or extend for a period of six months, or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
