O R D E R:

The following transfers and postings are notified:

1. Sri Shekhar Prasad Singh, IAS (83), Special Chief Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department is transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Panchayat Raj, Rural Development and Rural Water Supply Department vice Sri J. Raymond Peter, IAS (84) transferred.

2. On transfer, Sri J. Raymond Peter, IAS (84), is posted as Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana, duly relieving Chief Secretary to Government from full additional charge. The Member of Service shall continue to draw his own scale of pay in the grade of Principal Secretary to Government.

3. Sri Suresh Chanda, IAS (85), Principal Secretary to Government, Health Medical and Family Welfare Department is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department vice Sri Shekhar Prasad Singh, IAS (83) transferred.

4. Sri Rajeshwar Tiwari, IAS (86), Principal Secretary to Government, Environment, Forest, Science and Technology Department is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department vide Sri Suresh Chanda, IAS (85) transferred.

5. The Services of Smt. Shalini Mishra, IAS (88), Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority are withdrawn from Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department and posted as Principal Secretary to Government (GPM&AR), General Administration Department.

6. Sri Adhar Sinha, IAS (88), Principal Commissioner, Land Administration O/o Chief Commissioner of Land Administration is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government (Poll), General Administration Department vice Sri Vikas Raj, IAS (92) transferred.

7. Sri Somesh Kumar, IAS (89), Commissioner and Special Officer, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Tribal Welfare Department vice Smt. G.D. Aruna, IAS (94) transferred.

8. On transfer, Sri Vikas Raj, IAS (92) is posted as Secretary to Government, Environment, Forests, Science and Technology Department vice Sri Rajeshwar Tiwari, IAS (86) transferred.

9. On transfer, Smt. G.D.Aruna, IAS (94) is posted as Commissioner, Backward Classes Welfare in the existing vacancy.

10. Sri Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS (95), Commissioner, Tribal Welfare and Ex-Officio Managing Director, TRICOR is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Scheduled Castes Development Department in the existing vacancy.

11. Sri Navin Mittal, IAS (96), Special Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is transferred and posted Commissioner & Ex-Officio Secretary to Government, General Administration (I&PR) Department.

12.Sri B. Janardhan Reddy, IAS (96), Commissioner and Director, Municipal Administration is transferred and posted as Commissioner and Special Officer, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad vice Sri Somesh Kumar, IAS (89).

13.Sri M. Dana Kishore, IAS (96), Secretary to Government, Housing Department is placed in full additional charge of the post of Commissioner and Director, Municipal Administration, Hyderabad, until further orders.

14.The services of Sri M. Veerabrahmaiah, IAS (97), Managing Director, OILFED, Hyderabad are withdrawn from Agriculture & Cooperation Department and posted as Director, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Hyderabad. He is also placed in full additional charge of the post of CEO, SERP and Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hyderabad, until further orders.

14. The services of Sri M. Veerabrahmaiah, IAS (97), Managing Director, OILFED, Hyderabad are withdrawn from Agriculture & Cooperation Department and posted as
Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Hyderabad. He is also placed in full additional charge of the post of CEO, SERP and Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hyderabad, until further orders. ( Amendment G.O.RT.No. 2897 Dated: 31/10/2015)

15. Sri G. Kishan, IAS (2001), Special Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad is transferred and posted as Director, School Education vice Sri T. Chiranjeevjulu, IAS (2002) transferred.

16.On transfer, the services of Sri T. Chiranjeevulu, IAS (2002) are placed at the disposal of Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department to hold the charge of the post of Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Hyderabad vice Smt. Shalini Mishra, IAS (88) transferred. His deputation shall be governed by the terms and conditions annexed to this order.

17. Smt. Anita Ramachandran, IAS (2004), Director, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad.

18.The services of Smt. K. Nirmala, IAS (2004), Mission Director, MEPMA are withdrawn from Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department and placed at the disposal of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department for appointment as Managing Director, Dairy Development Cooperation Federation Limited, Hyderabad. Her deputation shall be governed by the terms and conditions annexed to this order.

19.The services of Sri A. Srinivas, IAS (HY:2004), Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Dairy Development Cooperation Federation Limited are withdrawn from Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Department and posted as Joint Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department.

20. The services of Sri A. Murali, IAS (2006), Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, Hyderabad are withdrawn from Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department and placed at the disposal of Agriculture and Cooperation Department for appointment as Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, OILFED, Hyderabad. His deputation shall be governed by the terms and conditions annexed to this order. He is also placed in full additional charge of the post of Managing Director, Agros and Managing Director, Telangana State Seeds Development Corporation, Hyderabad.

21.Dr. M.V. Reddy, IAS (2007), Director, Scheduled Castes Development, Hyderabad is placed in full additional charge of the post of Director, Technical Education relieving Smt. Vani Prasad, IAS (95), who shall be Commissioner, Collegiate Education.

22. Sri R. Laxman, IRS, Special Secretary to Government, Finance Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department and ex-officio Managing Director, TRICOR vice Sri Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS (95) transferred.
