Government have issued orders
modifying the orders issued in the
references
1st, 3rd, 4th & 5th read above vide reference 6th read above.

The Commissioner of Hortilculture, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter 7th read
above,
have proposed to adopt lateral spacing for sanction of subsidy in
accordance
with Govt. of India guidelines for effective implementation of the
programme.
3. Government
after careful examination of the proposal of the
Commisioner
of Horticulture, A.P., Hyderabad and in partial modification of the
orders
issued in the reference 5th read above, hereby issued the following
guidelines
for the implementation of the APMIP in the State :
1) The subsidy can be extended from lateral spacing of 10
m X 10 m to
1.0 m X 0.6 m. The detailed unit cost of lateral spacing
in accordance
with Go.Ms.No.34 A&C(Horti) dt.09.07.2015 & GoI
guidelines.
(Annexure to this
order).
2) In special cases, the farmer may be allowed to take up
installation
with lateral spacing less than 1.0 m but the additional
cost over and
above the unit cost shall be borne by the farmer.
3) All the MI material supplied and installed shall
adhere to the technical
BIS/ISI standards and approved brands as applicable.
4) The installation of MI system should be done only as
per the lateral
spacing sanctioned in administrative sanction accorded to
that
particular farmer.
5) The spacing adopted by the farmers in different
districts for the same
crop is varying depending on the type of Soil and Agro
climatic
conditions. The unit cost can be calculated on prorate
basis for
different lateral spacings installed in the field.
6) There should be any approved crop in the field from
installation to
final inspection to avoid sanction of subsidy to crops
like tobacco and
forest species (crops not approved by Deptt. of
Agriculture and
Cooperation, Govt. of India).
7) The design should be prepared based on the peak water
requirement
of the crop opted by the farmer in the particular lateral
spacing and
discharge of the bore well, whether it is inline or
online.
4. he
other guidelines issued vide G.O.Ms.No.34, A & C (H&S) Deptt.,
dt.9.7.2015
and G.O.Ms.No.53, A & C (H&S) Deptt., dt.5.11.2014 will continue
without
any modifications and should be followed for the implementation of the
programme.
5.
This order will come into force with immediate effect i.e., from the date
of
issue of this order.
6. The
Commissiner of Horticulture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take
necessary
action in the matter accordingly.
