1991) and as amended subsequently, I, E.S.L. Narasimhan, Chancellor of Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur hereby appoint Prof. (Dr.) R. Venkata Rao, Vice-Chancellor, National Law School of India University, Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru as Vice Chancellor of Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur for a term of three years from the date of his appointment.
