      The following notification shall be published in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh
Extraordinary Gazette:

                             NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6(1) and also sub-section (1) and (2) of
Section 5 of Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) as amended, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby constitute the Agricultural Market Committee, Chodavaram , Visakapatnam District with the following members for a period of one year subject to outcome of the W.Ps pending in the High Court.
