O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, Government have permitted the
Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Hyderabad to admit Dr.K.N.Ram
Mohan, Junior Lecturer in Chemistry (Unaided), SSBN Junior College,
Ananthapur into Grant-in-Aid w.e.f.11-12-2001 with monetary benefit from the
date of issue of these orders.
2. Subsequently, basing on the circumstances explained in the reference 2nd
and 3rd read above, the orders issued in the reference 1st read above have been
kept in abeyance with immediate effect vide reference 4th cited.
3. In the circumstances explained in the references 5th and 6th read above,
Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby revoke the orders
issued in the reference 1st read above, duly withdrawing orders vide reference 4th
cited with immediate effect.
4. The Commissioner of Intermediate Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take
further action accordingly.
