GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (CABINET) DEPARTMENT

G.O. Rt. No. 2218 Dated:15-05-2012.

O R D E R:

Government hereby constitute a Cabinet Sub-Committee to finalise the new Excise Policy which commences from 1-7-2012, with the following Ministers:

1. Hon’ble Minister for Finance, Planning, Small Savings,

State Lotteries.

2. Hon’ble Minister for Home, Jails, Fire Services, Sainik

Welfare, Printing & Stationary.

3. Hon’ble Minister for Civil Supplies, Food & Consumer

Affairs, Legal Metrology & Legislative Affairs.

4. Hon’ble Minister for Endowments.

5. Hon’ble Minister for Excise & Prohibition.

2. The Principal Secretary to Government (Excise & CT) Revenue Department

shall be the Convenor of the above Cabinet Sub-Committee.

3. The Cabinet Sub-Committee shall finalise the new Excise Policy and submit

its report to the Government.
