ORDER:-
In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government approved the panel
of the following (3) Commandants, APSP Bns., fit for adhoc promotion
as Deputy Inspector General of Police (NC), for the panel year 2011-2012,
subject to directions, outcome of the O.As/W.Ps/W.As/R.Ps/C.As., etc. pending,
if any, before the Tribunal/Courts etc.,
1. Sri T.Venkata Rao
2. Sri Sunil Kumar Naik
3. Sri V.Ashok Kumar.
2. In the G.O. 3rd read above, promotional posting orders
were already issued in respect of Sri T.Venkata Rao, whose name was included in
the panel, as DIG (NC), APSP.
3. In the G.O. 5th read above, the promotion of Sri Sunil
Kumar Naik, was deferred until termination of the disciplinary proceedings and
his junior Sri V.Ashok Kumar, Commandant, APSP Bns., was given promotion orders
as DIG (NC), APSP Bns.,
4. In the reference 6th read above, the disciplinary
proceedings which was pending against Sri Sunil Kumar Naik, Commandant, APSP
Bns., dropped by the Government. Consequent on dropping the disciplinary case,
Sri Sunil Kumar Naik, has requested the Government to issue orders promoting
him as DIG (NC), APSP Bns., on par with his junior, who was promoted in the G.O.
5th read above.
5. After careful examination of the matter, the Government,
in terms of Rule 10 (a) of A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996,
hereby promote Sri Sunil
Kumar Naik, Commandant, APSP Bns., as Deputy Inspector General of Police
(NC), APSP Bns., notionally, on par with his junior Sri V.Ashok Kumar, who was promoted as DIG (NC),
APSP Bns.,in the G.O. 5th read above.
6. The promotion ordered in para ( 5 ) above is purely temporary and is liable to be
reverted to the lower post at any time without assigning any reason _herefore
and is subject to directions/ outcome of O.As/W.Ps/W.As/RPs/Cas etc., pending,
if any, before the Tribunal and Courts.
7. The Officer promoted in para-5 above shall join in the promotion post within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the orders of promotion.
If, he fail to join the new post within the said time limit or evade to join
the post by proceeding on leave, he shall forfeit his right of appointment both
for the present and in future for the promotion posts.
8. The Director General of Police, A.P., Hyderabad, is
requested to take further necessary action and furnish posting proposals,
immediately.
