R D E R:

Under Rule – 10 [a] of Andhra Pradesh State
and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the following five Principals of
Government Junior Colleges, are temporarily promoted on adhoc basis as District
Vocational Education Officers of Intermediate Education Department in the time
scale of Rs.21820/- - 48160/- with immediate effect, as per the approved Panel
issued vide G.O.1st read above and posted to the places as mentioned
against their names: -

2. The promotion orders ordered in Para-1
above are liable to be terminated at any point of time without assigning any
reasons thereof and shall be without prejudice to the outcome of O.As / W.Ps /
W.As / R.Ps / C.As / S.L.Ps etc., if any pending before the Hon’ble Tribunal /
Courts etc.

It is also ordered that the probation of the above individuals promoted
on adhoc / temporary basis shall however, commence from the next date of such
completion of the required period of minimum service of the three years.
4. The Officers promoted in Para-1 above shall
join in the new posts within a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt
of this order of promotion, and if they fail to join the new post within the
said time limit or avoid to join the post by proceeding on leave, they shall
forfeit their right of appointment both for the present and in future for the
post.
5. The Commissioner of Intermediate Education,
A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
