ORDER:-
Government hereby appoint Sri D.Sridhar, Advocate as Additional Public
Prosecutor for Principal Assistant Sessions Court, Tenali, Guntur District for a
period of (3) years from the date of expiry of his 1st term i.e. from 20.6.2010
or till termination of his services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated
honorarium of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand only) per month. The conditions of
service of the said Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive
instructions issued in G.O. first read above.


2. The date of joining should be intimated to Government.


3. The following Notification shall be published in the A.P. Gazette;


4. The Director of Prosecutions, A. P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary follow up action in the matter.

NOTIFICATION

Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

(Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated:6-
12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint Sri D.Sridhar, Advocate as
Additional Public Prosecutor for Principal Assistant Sessions Court, Tenali, Guntur
District for a period of (3) years from the date of expiry of his 1st term i.e.
from 20.6.2010 or till termination of his services, whichever is earlier with a
consolidated honorarium of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand only) per month. The
conditions of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with
the executive instructions issued in the G.O. first read above.
