Judicature at Hyderabad Lr. ROC No.15/2014-RC,
dated 14-10-2016.

O R D E R:

In the letter second read above, the Registrar (Recruitment),
High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, while stating that the High
Court has recommended amendment to the Andhra Pradesh State
Judicial (Service & Cadre) Rules, 2007 issued in the G.O. first read
above, including the category of copyist of the Andhra Pradesh High
Court Service for recruitment by transfer to the category of Civil
Judges and requested the Government to issue amendment to sub
rule 2(d) (ii) of Rule 4 of said rules and necessary orders in the
matter.

2. Government after careful examination of the proposal, have
decided to amend sub-rule 2(d) (ii) of Rule 4 of A.P. State Judicial
(Service & Cadre) Rules, 2007.

3. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in a
extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated 25-06-2018.

NOTIFICATION

 In exercise of the powers conferred by articles 233, 234, 235
and 237 read with the proviso to article 309 and proviso to clause
(3), article 320 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers
hereunto enabling, and in consultation with the High Court of
Judicature at Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana and the State of
Andhra Pradesh, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the
following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh State Judicial (Service &
Cadre) Rules, 2007 issued in G.O. Ms. No.119, Law (LA&J SC.F)
Department, dated 02-08-2008 as subsequently amended from time
to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in rule 4, in sub rule (2), in clause (d), in sub
clause (ii), in item (i), after the expression “ Category 5 (a), the
expression “ and category 5(b) shall be inserted.
