O R D E R:
Keeping in view the relaxation of ban orders issued vide reference 1st read
above and keeping in view of the report of the Director of Municipal
Administration, A.P., Hyderabad vide reference 2nd read above, Government after
examination of the matter hereby order the following transfer and postings on
administrative grounds with immediate effect:-
1. Sri K. Venkateswarlu, Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioner of
Municipal Administration, now working as Member Secretary, A.P State
Property Tax Board is transferred and posted as Regional Director-cum-
Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Guntur vice Smt C.
Anuradha is transferred.
2. On transfer, Smt C. Anuradha, Regional Director-cum-Appellate
Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Guntur is transferred and
posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Guntur in the existing
vacancy.
3. Sri T.Sakala Reddy, Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioner of
Municipal Administration now working as Additional Commissioner,
Municipal Corporation, Rajahmundry is transferred and posted as Regional
Director-cum-Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration,
Rajahmundry in the existing vacancy.
4. Sri P. Muralikrishna Goud, Regional Director-cum-Appellate
Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Ananthapur is transferred and
posted as Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kurnool in the
existing vacancy and his services will be spare at the O/o. Deputy Chief
Minister, Revenue, Andhra Pradesh.
5. Sri P. Poornachandra Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Selection Grade now
working as Joint Director, O/o. Director of Municipal Administration,
Andhra Pradesh is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner,
Municipal Corporation, Rajahmundry vice Sri T. Sakala Reddy is
transferred.
6. Smt Ch. Vijaya Lakshmi, Municipal Commissioner, Selection Grade now
working as Joint Director, O/o. Director of Municipal Administration.,
Andhra Pradesh is transferred and posted as Regional Director-cum-
Appellate Commissioner of Municipal Administration, Ananthapur vice Sri
P. Muralikrishna Goud is transferred.
7. Sri S.S. Varma, Municipal Commissioner, Special Grade under orders of
transfer to Municipal Commissioner, Vizianagaram vide G.O. Ms. No. 372
MA & UD Department, Dt. 30.05.2015 is retained as Additional
Commissioner, Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation.
2. The above officers shall relieved of themselves duly handing over
charge to next officer and report at the new stations immediately under
intimation to the Government. Any violation of this condition shall be viewed
seriously by the Government.
3. The Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, A.P.
Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.

read above and the circumstances reported by the Director of Municipal
Administration, A.P., Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above and in
exigency of administration, the following transfer and postings are ordered
with immediate effect :-
1. Sri Ch.V.V.S.Bapi Raju, Municipal Commissioner, Srikakulam is
transferred and posted as Secretary,Greater Visakhapatnam
Municipal Corporation.
2. Sri T.S.S.N.G.Srinivas, Assistant Director, O/o. Director of
Municipal Administration, Andhra Pradesh is transferred and
posted as Municipal Commissioner, Srikakulam vice Sri Ch.V.V.S.
Bapi Raju is transferred.
3. Sri P.Chandramouliswara Reddy, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-I,
now working as Additional Commissioner,Municipal Corporation,
Nellore,is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Municipal
Corporation, Kadapa vice Sri C.Obulesu is transferred.
4. Sri C.Obulesu,Municipal Commissioner, Grade-I now working as
Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kadapa is transferred and
posted as Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Guntur
in the existing vacancy.
5. Sri L.Parthasaradhi, Municipal Commissioner, Madakasira is
transferred and posted as Secretary, Municipal Corporation, Eluru
in the existing vacancy.
6. Sri M. Jaswantha Rao, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II, who is
waiting for posting is posted as Municipal Commissioner,
Machilipatnam vice Sri A.S.N.V.M. Diwakar, is transferred and he
is directed to report before O/o. Director of Municipal
Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
7. Sri K.Vasantha Lakshmi, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-II now
working as Assistant Commissioner, Tenali is transferred and
posted as Secretary, Municipal Corporation, Guntur in the existing
vacancy.
8. Smt. K.Bhagya Lakshmi, Assistant Director now working as

Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Tirupathi in the
existing vacancy.

vacancy.

as Municipal Commissioner, Grade-III is posted as Municipal
Commissioner, Allagadda.
18. Sri B.Vijayasaradhi, Revenue Officer, Tenali, who is promoted as
Municipal Commissioner,Grade-III is posted as Assistant
Commissioner, Tenali vice Smt K. Vasantha Lakshmi is transferred.
19. Sri B.J.S.P.Raju, Municipal Commissioner, Grade-III now working
as Municipal Commissioner, Madanapalle is posted as Secretary,
Municipal Corporation, Kadapa in the existing vacancy.
20. Sri T.Venkatakrishnaiah, Superintendent,O/o Director of Municipal
Administration,Andhra Pradesh,now working as Municipal
Commissioner,Venkatagiri is posted as Municipal Commissioner,
Ponnur on his own pay vice Sri A.Venkateswarlu is transferred.
21. Sri K.Lokeswara Varma,Revenue Officer,Tirupathi Municipal
Corporation,is posted as Municipal Commissioner, Punganur on his
own pay vice Sri B. Ramesh Babu is transferred.
22. Sri K.V.Madhusudhan Reddy, Manpager, Category-III now working
as Revenue Officer, Kadiri Municipality is posted as Municipal
Commissioner, Jammalamadugu Municipality on his own pay vice
G.Lakshmi Rajyam is transferred.
23. Sri V. Satyanarayana, Manager, Category-III now working as
Revenue Officer, Palasa-Kasibugga Municipality is posted as
Municipal Commissioner, Gollaprolu NP, on his own pay in the
existing vacancy.
24. Sri G.Lakshmi Rajyam, Sanitary Inspector, Guntur Municipal
Corporation,now working as Municipal Commissioner,
Jammalamadugu Municipality is posted as Municipal
Commissioner, Vuyyur in the existing vacancy.
25. Sri M. Gopala Rao, Sanitary Inspector, Pedana Municipality is
posted as Municipal Commissioner, Pedana on his own pay vice Sri
B. Sangeetha Rao is transferred.
26. Sri Ch.Venkateswara Rao,Sanitary Inspector, Samalkot Municipality
is posted as Municipal Commissioner, Jangareddygudem vice Sri B.
Solmon Raju,Manager, Category-III is repatriate to his original
post.

as Superintendent, Municipal Corporation, Nellore is posted as
Municipal Commissioner, Venkatagiri on his own pay vice Sri T.
Venkatakrishnaiah, is transferred.
28. Sri M.Srinivasulu, Panchayat Secretary, Grade-I now working as
Superintendent, Municipal Corporation, Nellore is posted as
Municipal Commissioner, Macherla, on his own pay vice Sri B.Ajay
Kishore, is directed to report before O/o. Director of Municipal
Administration, A.P., Hyderabad.
29. Sri B.Nageswara Rao, Panchayat Secretary, Grade-I now working
as Superintendent, Municipal Corporation, Nellore is posted as
Municipal Commissioner,Kadiri Municipality on his own pay vice Sri
M. Rammohan is transferred.
30. Sri A.Venkateswarlu, Senior Assistant, O/o. Regional Directors of
Municipal Administration, now working as Municipal Commissioner,
Ponnur is posted as Municipal Commissioner, Kavali in the existing
vacancy.
