1. G.O.Ms.No.21, Backward Classes Welfare (P3) Department, Dt.16.3.1996
2. From the Director (FAC), B.C. Welfare, Telangana, Lr.Rc.No.C/1835/2014

ORDER:
           Government in G.O.Ms.No.21, Backward Classes Welfare (P3) Department, Dt.16.3.1996
have issued orders for establishment of Study circle for Backward Classes in each district of
erstwhile Andhra Pradesh State.

2. The Director (FAC), Backward Classes Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad in his letter second
read above has requested for sanction of a Study Circle at Siddipet, Medak District as there is a
near possibility for formation of New District.

3. Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby relax the condition for
establishment of one B.C. Study Circle in each District Headquarters to enable to establish B.C.
Study Circle at Siddipet, Medak District as a Special Case.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.III) Department vide their
U.O.No.8692/359/A1/EBS-III/15, Dated. 22-07-2015.

2. From the Director (FAC), B.C.Welfare,Telangana, Lr.Rc.No.C/1835/2014 Dt.15.12.2014
3. G.O.Ms.No.25, Backward Classes Welfare (B) Department, Dt.13-08-2015.

ORDER:
             Government in G.O.Ms.No.21, Backward Classes Welfare (P3) Department, Dt.16.3.1996
have issued orders for establishment of Study circle for Backward Classes in each district of
erstwhile A.P. State.

2. The Director (FAC), Backward Classes Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad in his letter second
read above has requested for sanction of a Study Circle at Siddipet, Medak District as there is a near
possibility for formation of New District.

3. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of Director (FAC), B.C. Welfare,
Telangana, Hyderabad hereby accord sanction for opening of New Study Circle for Backward Classes at Siddipet, Medak District.

4. The Director (FAC) B.C.Welfare Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action.
The proposal for sanction of necessary staff may be sent to Finance (HRM) Department for which
separate orders shall be issued.

5. The Director (FAC), Backward Classes Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad ensure for making
necessary provision in the Budget.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.III) Department vide their
U.O.No.8692/359/A1/EBS-III/15, Dated. 22-07-2015.
