3. G.O.Rt.No.493, G.A (SR) Department, dt.01.09.2014.

ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued to provide personal Assistant to MLAs on deputation basis from Government Departments upto the cadre of Senior
Assistant, subject to certain conditions mentioned therein.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, Dr.K.Laxman, MLA/ Musheerabad Constituency, Hyderabad, has proposed Sri A.Mallikarjun, Teacher, MPPS Thimmareddykunta Thanda, H/o :Hannmanpally, Mdl:Dhanwada District Mahboobnagar District as personal Assistant to him on deputation basis. It is submitted that Sri A.Mallikarjun who has proposed to be as Personal Assistant is working as Teacher, MPPS Thimmareddykunta Thanda, H/o: Hannmanpally, Mdl:Dhanwada, Mahaboobnagar District to appoint as Personal Assistant, the proposal needs relaxation
of Rules/Conditions issued in G.O. 3rd read above.

3. After careful examination of the request made by Dr.K.Laxman, MLA/Musheerabad Constituency, Hyderabad, Government hereby appoint Sri A.Mallikarjun, Teacher, MPPS Thimmareddykunta Thanda, H/o :Hannmanpally,
Mdl:Dhanwada District Mahboobnagar District as P.A. to Dr.K.Laxman, MLA/Musheerabad Constituency, Hyderabad, on deputation basis in relaxation of the rules/conditions mentioned in the G.O. 1st read above with immediately effect.

4. The District Collector, Mahboobnagar District shall take necessary action in the matter.
