O R D E R: -
In the G.O.1st read above, the Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Unapproved
and Illegal Layout Rules, 2007 were issued and amendments to these rules
were issued from time to time vide GO’s 2nd to 19th & 22nd read above. The
last date for receipt of Layout Regularization Scheme applications under these
rules was extended to 30.06.2012 vide G.O. 22nd read above.
2. Government have reviewed the Layout Regularization Scheme and
hereby decided to further extended the time for submission of new applications
under A.P. Regulation of Unapproved and Illegal Layout Rules, 2007, upto
30.09.2012.
3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby issue the
following amendments to the Rules issued in the G.Os 1st read above as
amended from time to time in the references 2nd to 19th & 22nd read above.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules:-
1. To Rule 6, for the words “on or before 31.12.2010”, the words “on
or before 30.09.2012 shall be substituted.
2. In rule 2 of the G.O 2nd read above, after the Table-II, the
following shall be added namely:-

(i) 20% of surcharge on the penal amount only shall be levied
in respect of all pending applications on the balance penal
amount to be paid, in case the said amount is not paid before
31.12.2011.
(ii) 20% of surcharge on the penal amount only shall be levied
on the applications received after 31.12.2011.
All the other conditions in the G.O.s 1st & 2nd read above including the
cutoff date of registration of the site requested for Layout Regularization
Scheme i.e. 31-12-2007 hold good.
All the Commissioners of Municipal Corporations / Municipalities and
Vice- Chairmen of Urban Development Authorities shall take necessary further
action accordingly.
