Ban lifting for Panchayat Secretaries Transfers

ORDER:-
In the circumstance reported by the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Employment in his letter in reference 3rd read above, Government hereby permit the Commissioner, PR&RE and all District Collectors in the State to effect the transfers of Panchayat Secretaries
Grade I to Grade IV. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural  Employment is competent to effect the transfers in respect of Zonal Posts i.e. Panchayat Secretary Grade – I and Grade -II and the District Level Committee is competent to effect transfers in respect of Panchayat Secretary Grade-III and IV. However, the District Committee is competent to effect the transfers of Panchayat Secretary Gr-I and II within the District. While effecting transfers, the Gram
Panchayat /Cluster shall take as a Unit.


2. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj &Rural Employment and All the District Collectors in the State are requested to complete the transfers by 04.08.2012 duly following the conditions stipulated in the G.O.Ms.No.146 Fin(DCM-III) Department, dated 1-6-2012 without deviation in relaxation of orders issued in the GO 4th read above. 


3. The Commissioner, PR&RE and all District Collectors in the State are requested to take necessary action accordingly.
4. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance(DCM.III) Dept. vide their U.O.No.5715/612/A1/DCM-III/12, dt. 30-7-2012
