O R D E R

In the G.Os., read above, Government have issued orders declaring the
areas covered under the erstwhile Gram Panchayats into Municipalities / Nagar
Panchayats under Section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965.

2. Government have decided to appoint the Special officers to the Newly
Constituted Municipality / Nagar Panchayats.

3. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of Section 7 of
the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Andhra Pradesh Act 6 of 1965), the
following Revenue Divisional Officers are appointed as Special Officers to the
newly constituted Municipality / Nagar Panchayats noted against them to
exercise the powers, discharge the duties and perform the functions of the
Council, its Chairperson, its Ward Committee, its Committees.
