1.      Sri M.Chandra Sekhasr, Deputy Inspector General of Prisons of Prisons, (Coastal Andhra Region, Rajahmundry is transferred and posted as Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Telangana Region, Hyderabad on his own request in the existing vacancy, occurred due to promotion of Sri., B. Sunil Kumar, Deputy Inspector General of Prisons (TR), Hyderabad. He is not eligible for payment of any TTA/DA.

2.      On promotion, Sri A,.Narasimha, Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, is posted as Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Coastal Andhra Region, Rajahmundry vice Sri M.Chandra Sekhar transferred.

          Under Rule 10 (a) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 Sri K.N. Malleswara Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department is temporarily promoted purely on adhoc basis as Joint Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre) (Class-B Category 1(b) of A.P. Secretariat Service Rules) in Finance Department in the scale of pay of Rs.37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-51760-1300-54360 with effect from the date of taking charge, subject to final outcome of  Court Cases pending, if any.   

2.       The following Notification shall be published in A.P. Gazettee.

          Sri K.N. Malleswara Rao, Deputy Secretary to Government, Finance Department is temporarily promoted purely on adhoc basis as Joint Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre) in Finance Department with effect from the date of taking charge.  

ORDER:

          Under Rule 10 (a) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, Sri M. Subrahmanyam, Joint Secretary to Government, Finance Department is promoted as Additional Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre) in Finance Department purely on adhoc basis in the pay scale of Rs.44740-1110-46960-1200-51760-1300-55660/- with effect from the date of taking charge, subject to final outcome of Court Cases pending, if any.

Under Rule 3 of A.P. Works Accounts Service Special Rules, 1998 issued

in the reference 1st read above read with Rule 10(a) of A.P. State and

Subordinate Service Rules 1996, Sri D. Subbaramaiah, Joint Director Works

Accounts, Office of the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad is temporarily

promoted as Director of Works Accounts from the date of taking over the charge

of the post, subject to outcome of the W.Ps.,/W.As.,/R.Ps.,/C.As., etc., if any,

pending before the Tribunal /Courts etc.,
