ORDER:-

In the circumstances reported by the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in the letter second read above, after careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, the Government have decided to appoint the following candidates mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class, in Kadapa District, for a period of 1 (one) year to preside over the Special Judicial Magistrate Courts (Morning Courts) under 13th Finance Commission on contract basis with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand only) per month.

2.       The Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly.

3.       Accordingly, the following notification will be published in the           Extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
                                     
NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the following candidates mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class in Kadapa District for a period of one year to preside over the Special Magistrate Court (Morning Courts) under 13th Finance Commission on contract basis with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.6000/- (Rupees Six Thousand only) per month.

4.       The above appointments are subject to the following conditions, namely:-

(a)         Their appointments are liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reasons and without issuing any notice and the appointments are purely on adhoc basis.

(b)         They shall enter into an agreement with the High Court initially for a period of one year and subject to renewal for a further period from time to time at the discretion of the High Court.
