Incentive Awards - Sanction of Incentive Award for outstanding good work performed by certain Government Officers/Employees – Orders – Issued.

G.O.Ms.No: 528 Dated: 06.10.2012 ORDER:-

In the G.Os.1st to 3rd read above, guidelines were issued regarding grant of Incentive Awards to Government Servants for outstanding good work done by them in discharge of their duties. In the G.O.4th and 5^th read above orders were issued reconstituting the Incentive Awards Committee.

2. The Incentive Awards Committee which met on 23.07.2012 under the Chairmanship of Spl. Chief Secretary to Govt. (GPM&AR)(FAC), General Administration Department have examined proposals received from various Departments for grant of Incentive Awards to Officers /Employees working under their administrative control. The Incentive Awards Committee has recommended for sanction of Incentive Awards to

43 Officers and Employees for their outstanding good work.

3. Government have carefully examined the matter in the light of the recommendations of the Incentive Awards Committee and hereby sanction Incentive Cash Award to the Officers and Employees as detailed below:-

Sanction of Cash Award of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only)

4. The Departments of Secretariat / Head of Departments concerned

shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (3) above to the

Officers / Employees concerned.

5. The expenditure towards the cash award sanctioned above under the

“Incentive Awards Scheme” shall be debited to the detailed Head “050 –

Rewards” under relevant Major, Minor Sub-Head of Accounts of the

concerned Departments, and the expenditure shall be met in relaxation

of Treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of

funds by obtaining supplementary grant during the financial

year 2012-13.

6. The Departments / Head of Departments concerned are requested

to take action for obtaining supplementary grant at appropriate time to

cover the additional expenditure actually incurred during the current

financial year.

7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD.I)

Department vide their U.O. No.24960/576/Expr.GAD.I/2012,

dated:06.10.2012.
