IFS – Constitution of a Committee

The Government of India Department of Personnel have amended the cadre strength of Indian Forest Service of A.P. It has been decided to constitute a committee to review the utilization of cadre and ex-cadre posts and to re-determine the nomenclature of Ex-cadre posts at the level of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests/ Chief Conservator of Forests/Conservator of Forests.

2. Accordingly, the State Government hereby constitute a Committee with the following

officers:-

1. Md. Shafiquzzaman, Director General, Dr.MCR HRD Institute of A.P and E.O.Spl. Chief Secretary to Govt	Chairman
2. The Special Chief Secretary to Government, E.F.S & T Department, A.P., Secretariat.	Member
3. The Principal Secretary to Government (Poll), General Administration Department, A.P., Secretariat.	Member
4. The Principal Secretary to Government (IF), Finance Department, A.P., Secretariat.	Member
5. Sri B. Muralikrishna, IFS (81), President, Indian Forest Service Association, A.P. Chapter, Hyderabad (Nominee of IFS Officers’ Association)	Member
6. Sri Soumyakanta Chottray, IFS (84), Vice-President, Indian Forest Service Association, A.P. Chapter, Hyderabad (Nominee of IFS Officers’ Association)	Member
7. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), A.P., Hyderabad (or) his nominee	Member

3. The Committee shall submit its report to Government within one month.
