The following transfers and postings are notified:

1. Sri M. Samuel, IAS (78), Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary is transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Environment, Forest, Science and Technology Department in the existing vacancy.

2. Dr. Prasanta Mahapatra, IAS (80), Additional Director General, Dr. MCR HRDI of A.P., Hyderabad is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Government (PE), School Education Department in the existing vacancy.

3. Sri Asutosh Mishra, IAS (81), Principal Secretary to Government (Excise & CT), Revenue Department is placed in full additional charge of the post of Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary, until further orders.
