O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, the Director of Insurance, A.P., Hyderabad has stated that
the Insurance Building Complex is constructed in the year 1984 with 6 (Six) floors and
Mezzanine floor. The Directorate of Insurance and its two Sub-ordinate Offices Viz., District
Insurance Office, Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy and other (6) Tenant Departments are located in
the building. They are requesting for the cleaning of the common areas, Stair cases and Toilets.
Due to non-availability of the Staff of sweeper and Scavengers, the cleaning of Stair cases, and
maintenance of the Building has become, very difficult. Hence, Director of Insurance has
contacted the Secretary, Sulbah International Service Organization, Hyderabad, to inspect the
Insurance Building Complex, Hyderabad and to submit the Estimates, for providing (4) no. of
Sweepers and (2) no. of scavengers, to A.P.G.L.I. Building to undertake the Cleaning of office
premises of the common area and Toilets in all floors of A.P.G.L.I. Building. Accordingly,
M/s. Sulbah International Organization, Basheerbag, Hyderabad and some other Sanitary
Organizations have submitted their quotations, to undertake the work of cleaning the common
area and toilets. The Secretary, Sulbah International Organization, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad has
quoted the lowest rates, to undertake the work i.e., Cleaning the Common areas, Stair Cases and
toilets of all the floors of the Insurance Building Complex which is as follows:

2. In view of the above circumstances reported by the Director of Insurance, A.P.,
Hyderabad and after careful examination Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction
for an estimated cost of Rs.41,600/- Per month (Rupees Forty One Thousand Six Hundred only)
for entrusting the work of cleaning the Common areas, Stair cases and Toilets of all floors of the
Insurance Building Complex. The above expenditure shall be met from the following Head of
Accounts:
M.J.H.2235 – Social Security and Welfare
SMJH 60 – Other Social Security and Welfare
M.H. 105 – Government Employees Insurance Schemes
SH.(01) – Head Quarters Office
130 – Office Expenses
132 - Other Office Expenses
3. The Director of Insurance, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take action accordingly.
