Sub: Recruitment – Recruitment to the posts of Para Medical Staff – list of candidates provisionally shortlisted for Interview and publishing of Final Key -Reg

Ref: This Office Notification No: R4/684(13)/2011-HRD Dt: 26.12.2011 & 10.02.12 inviting applications for the post of Para Medical Staff (i.e.Staff Nurse,Pharmacist, Nursing Orderly (MNO/FNO) and Ward Boy/Ward Girl.

1. Based on the performance in the written exam held on 21.04.2013 the list of candidates short listed provisionally for interview is notified below. The candidates may note the following instructions and follow them scrupulously. Final Key is also notified after considering the objections received for the Provisional Key.

INSTRUCTIONS:

A) All the candidates short listed for interview provisionally have to keep the following original certificates ready.

i. SSC certificate.

ii. Basic qualification certificate i.e., the certificate by virtue of which they are eligible for the post.

iii. Basic Qualification Marks list i.e Consolidated Marks Memo as well as year wise marks memos.

iv Additional qualification acquired if any.

v. Caste/Community Certificate issued by the Competent Authority only. Integrated Caste /Community Certificate to be produced. In case of others the certificate should not have been obtained later than 6 months.

vi Sports certificates if any National, State or University level.

vii. NCC certificate if any.

viii. School Study Certificate (4th to 10th std) in Format – A.

FORMAT – A IS COMPULSORY and should be complete in all respects.

In case of candidates not studied in a School from 4th class to 10th class may produce Residence Certificate in Format –B for that period.

ix. Ex-servicemen Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-servicemen applied and claiming age relaxations.

x. Directing letter for APSRTC departmental employees if any from the Unit Officer along with the information on Date of Appointment and Date of Regularization.

xi. Identity Proof (Format-C)

xii. Copy of Hall Ticket.

xiii. Any other certificate relevant to the selection.

B) One set of Xerox copies of all the above certificates attested by the Gazetted Officer with seal shall be brought.

C) They shall also bring Two Passport size Photographs.

D) They shall come prepared to stay for two days at Hyderabad.
