In the reference 2nd read above, instructions were issued for following revised dates
for preponing the schedule of dates issued in the reference 1st read above, for the month of
May, 2014 only in view of appointed date being 2nd June 2014 for formation of Telangana
State so as to enable the Treasuries to settle all claims before 25th May, 2014 and render
accounts to the Accountant General (A&E) by 31st May, 2015.

1. Regular Salary Bills 17th May, 2014 is the last date for receipt of salary bills.
2. All other Bills From 3rd to 15th of May, 2014.

2. In the reference 3rd read above, Government have issued orders extending the date
of submission of all other bills by 17.05.2014.

3. In the references 4th to 6th read above, the Associations have requested the
Government to extend the date of submission of bills upto 20.05.2014, 21.05.2014 and
22.05.2014 respectively.

2. Government after careful consideration herebydecided to extend the date of
submission of all other bills by 19.05.2014. All the District Treasury Officers, Sub-Treasury
Officers, Pay & Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and Pay & Accounts Officer (W&P), Hyderabad
are requested to accept all other claims submitted by the Drawing and Disbursing Officers
upto19.05.2014.
