ORDER:-

1.       In the G.O 1^st read above, a Provisional Seniority List of Addl.Supdts. of Police (Civil) fit to act as Superintendents of Police (Civil) was issued calling objections of the affected parties.  Objections were received from the affected parties requesting to take into account the existing vacancies of SsP(NC) as they are vacant from the panel year 2012-2013 onwards.  Hence, the DPC which met on 26-7-2014 reviewed the cases of eligible Addl. Superintendents of Police (Civil) and recommended the names of (11) Officers for inclusion in the panel of Superintendents of Police (Non-Cadre) for the panel year 2012-2013.  Further, it is noticed that in the Provisional Seniority List of Superintendents of Police (Non-cadre) issued in the G.O 1^st read above that the (5) Addl.SsP viz., S/Sri Ch.Ramnarayana Reddy, P.Prakash Rao, K.Srinivasa Rao, S.Satyanarayana and J.Subba Rami Reddy retired/died before their turn comes for promotion to the post of SP(NC).  Hence, their names are deleted from the Provisional Seniority List of SsP(NC) and the revised notional dates are adjusted accordingly. 

2.       In the G.O 2^nd read above, the Government accepted the recommendations of the Review DPC.  The Provisional dates in the rank of Superintendents of Police (Non-cadre) to the newly selected candidates inclusive of the candidates figuring in G.O 1^st read above, have been assigned and the same is communicated herewith vide Annexure through the website www.aponline.gov.in.    

3.       The affected parties are requested to furnish their objections if any on the Provisional Seniority List of Superintendents of Police (Non-cadre) within two days i.e., on or before 28-7-2014 at 12.30 Noon positively.
