O R D E R:

The appended Notification shall be published in the Extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated.15.10.2014.

2. Under Section-6 of the Andhra Pradesh Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act 1971, the Advisory Committee is constituted in the appended Notification for the purpose of advising the Government in fixation of purchase rate of Abnus Leaves (Beedi leaf), during the BL Season, 2015.  

3. The tenure of the Committee so constituted shall be upto 30th  June, 2015.  The Non-Official Members of the Committee are entitled for first class travel by rail for the purpose of drawal of Traveling Allowance.  The Addl.PCCF (or) a Senior Officer of O/o Prl. CCF (HoFF) as nominated by Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Telangana, Hyderabad, who will be the Chairman and Convener of the Committee, shall be the controlling authority for the purpose of countersigning the T.A. Bills of the non-official members. 
            
4. The expenditure on Traveling Allowance and Daily Allowance shall be debited to the Head of Account “8443-Civil Deposit, 109- Forest Deposit Beedi Leaf Scheme”.

5. The Committee so constituted offers its recommendations to the Government regarding the rate at which Beedi Leaves have to be purchased from the growers; and the collection charges that have to be paid to the labour for the collection from the forests and other Government lands, during 2015 Beedi Leaf season.

6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.VIII) Department vide their U.O.No.3171/106/EBS.VIII/2014, dt.15-09-2014.

In exercise of powers conferred under section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Minor Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1971 (Act 4 of 1971), the Government of Telangana hereby constitute an Advisory Committee consisting of the following ( 5 ) members for the Beadi Leaf Season, 2015, for the Forest Divisions notified in G.O.Ms.No.2127, Food and Agriculture (For.III) Department, dt.7-11-1970 and published in Part-II of the Andhra
Pradesh Extra-ordinary Gazette, dt. 7-11-1970 namely:-

(A) Official Representative:
     1) Addl. Prl. Chief Conservator of Forests (Or)                  Chairman & Convener  
      a Senior Officer of O/o Prl. CCF (HoFF)                                     of the Committee.            
      as nominated by PCCF (HoFF), Telangana,
      Hyderabad.
