ORDER:
 In the reference second read above, Sri Vikas Raj, IAS, Secretary to
Government, Higher Education Department, Telangana Secretariat has furnished
bank challan of the fee for an amount of Rs.25,920/- paid by him towards his
daughter's education and requested to sanction tuition fee reimbursement for his
daughter for the academic year 2012-13.
2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, sanction
is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen
thousand only) towards reimbursement of Children Education Allowance paid by
Sri Vikas Raj, IAS, Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department,
Telangana Secretariat for his daughter's education during the academic year
2012-13.
3. Certified that the School in which the child had studied is recognized by
the Government.
4. The amount sanctioned in Para (2) above is in accordance with the
conditions laid down in the Government orders read above.
5. The expenditure shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat Social Service-
090- Secretariat - (04) – Higher Education Department -010- Salaries”.
6. Any amount paid erroneously or found to be paid in excess of the
permissible amount under the existing orders at a later date is liable for recovery
from the individual.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under
the rules.
