O R D E R:-

            The Government of Telangana have proposed for Development of Protected Cultivation (Green Houses), Construction of Green/Poly Houses in 1000 acres in the current Financial Year 2014-15 on 75% Subsidy in 100 K.Ms. radius of the Hyderabad City to promote High Value Vegetables and flowers.

2.         In the letter read above, the Commissioner of Horticulture, Telangana, Hyderabad has requested the Government to constitute State Level Technical Committee to prepare draft implementation guidelines, preparation of unit cost, evolving procedures for empanelment of companies and designing monitoring and evaluation procedures for the programme.

  

3.         Government after careful examination of the matter here by constitute State Level Technical Committee with the following members to prepare draft implementation guidelines, preparation of unit cost, evolving procedures for empanelment of companies and designing monitoring and evaluation procedures for the programme.

1.Director of Research, Horticulture University, Govt. of                            Telangana - Chairman

   2.Executive Director, State Horticulture Mission/ Jt. Director of Horticulture.- Member/Convener

   3.Deputy Director of Horticulture, O/o. Commissioner of Horticulture- Member

   4.Project Officer, TSMIP - Member

   5 Principal Scientist, Agriculture Research Institute, Horticulture University, Government of Telangana. - Member

   6.Principal Scientist, Water Technology Centre, Prof. Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Rajendranagar - Member

   7.Principal, Institute of Agricultural Engineering Technology          University, Rajendranagar - Member

   8. Professor & University Head, Department of Horticulture,                     State Agricultural  University, Rajendranagar - Member

   9.Assistant Director of Horticulture,  O/o. Commissioner of  Horticulture - Member

   10.Manager, CIPET - Member.

   11.Representative from Industries for quality control - Member

4.         The State Level Technical Committee shall prepare the Scheme, eligibility criteria, draft implementation guidelines, preparation of unit cost, evolving procedures for empanelment of companies and designing, monitoring and evaluation of procedures for the programme and submit to Government.

 

5.         The Commissioner of Horticulture, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
