Animal Husbandry Department- Budget Release Order- Administrative Sanction for Rs.680.45 Lakhs for Feed & Fodder Development Scheme” for the year 2014-15-Orders -issued.

ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above, the Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry Department, among other things, has requested to arrange to issue B.R.O and Administrative Sanction for Rs.680.45 Lakhs to implement the activities covered under “Feed & Fodder Development Scheme” which is a beneficiary oriented programme during the year 2014-15.This Department supports the proposal and referred to Finance Department for issue of B.R.O. 

2. In the reference 3rd read above, Fin(EBS.II-A.C-AHFCS-E) Dept., have issued BRO for an amount of Rs.6,80,45,000/- ( Rupees Six Crores Eighty Lakhs Forty Five Thousands) under Plan from the BE provision 2014-15 towards meeting the expenditure under Fodder & Feed Development Programme, as the amounts relates to the revalidation of funds released during the Financial Year 2013-14 and remained unspent.

3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 3rd read above, Government
hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.6,80,45,000/- ( Rupees Six Crores Eighty Lakhs Forty Five Thousands) under Plan from the BE provision 2014-15 towards meeting the expenditure under Fodder & Feed Development Programme.

4. The amount sanctioned in Para (3) above, shall be debited to the following Head of Accounts:

5. The procedure for drawal of funds sanctioned in Para (3) above and as detailed in Para (4)
above is detailed Voucher Bill/ Grant-in-aid Bill. The concerned DDO shall be Drawing Officer.
 
6. The Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry Department, A.P. Hyderabad shall take
necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
